good lighting comfortable bed clean bathroom
the room was a superior queen room, and it featured good lighting. a comfortable bed assured restful nights (i slept really well). the clean bathroom had plenty of towels available for use.
the climate control did not cool the room down properly.

worn shower head missed cleaning
the location was handy to the metro stop, acceptable.
The room cleaning was a miss on the second day. i found a hair on the sink, and crumbs remained on the nightstand. also, the shower head could really use replacing. It was pretty worn.

close station convenient supermarket efficient service
the metro station is very close, just a few steps away (i timed it!). a supermarket across the street made getting snacks easy. i found the room service quick and efficient.
the gym equipment looked a bit dated.
